MEP package £190K, 16 week programme.
Responsibilities included the co-ordination and management of the MEP services, including alterations/modifications to existing base build services to the office floor areas and reception area.
The MEP Packages Included validations, modifications to the following live landlords services:- LTHW, CHW, FCU’s, H&C services, duct work, fire stopping, Internal above ground drainage system to the toilet cores/fan coil unit condense lines, new BMS system to levels one and two, general power modifications, fire alarm, new general lighting/lighting control and bespoke lighting and lighting control to the reception area, followed by Commissioning & witnessing.

MEP package £2m, 42-week programme to create new offices, meeting rooms, reception and plant areas. JCT Design & Build, sub-contractors full design, heritage & BREEAM rating very good.
Responsibilities included the co-ordination and management of the MEP services including alterations/modifications to existing base build services which were retained.
The MEP Packages Included validations, strip out, modifications to the existing retained services, all new Mechanical plant, supply & extract systems, new LV panels, fire alarm, above & below ground drainage, new VRF installation, lift installation, local waste pumps and fan coil unit condense lines, new BMS systems, new power distribution & lighting control, AV, Cat 6 data installation, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control, lightning protection system, followed by commissioning & witnessing.
