The MEP Packages included validations, modifications to the following live landlords services, H&C services, duct work primary & secondary, new AC spilt DX unit within the Comms room, sprinkler modifications, access control, CCTV installation, fire stopping, Internal above ground drainage system to the break out areas, modifications to the BMS systems for all new local controls, new electrak and general power installation, new installation of Audio visual, Cat 6 data installation to all areas, general modifications to the fire alarm and new bespoke architectural lighting installation and control to all areas, followed by commissioning & witnessing.
