A development of 12 High end apartments, mixture of Townhouses, laterals & duplex apartments had been running since 2016 and B&MC were requested to overview/oversee the status of the MEP design, coordination and associated risks on a problematic project.
MEP services Included central VRF AC system, Central Boilers for Hot water distribution to HIU’s within apartments, BCWS, new incoming DNO stats - Gas, Water & Electric, electrical distribution, Fire alarm, Lift package, AOV, access control, Full AVIT package, CCTV, ethanol bio fires, lighting & small power distribution, followed by commissioning & witnessing.
Themed Restaurant & Café - Brussel's
JCT Design & Build contract £1.3million Euro’s Restaurant/Café (Brussels- Belgium) MEP Package £500,000 Euro’s (D&B project).
Responsibilities included overseeing the MEP installation.
MEP services included the following AC, BCW, LTHW, Gas, duct work H&C services above and below ground drainage, Electrical distribution, Fire alarm, Security, Music/AV system & Data and new commercial kitchens, followed by commissioning & witnessing.

JCT Design & Build contract £1.25m Cat B turnkey installation, MEP package £535k. Duration 13 weeks. Works involved the creation of new meeting rooms, reception and back of house. JCT Design & Build, sub-contractors full design.
Responsibilities included the co-ordination and management of the MEP services including alterations/modifications to existing base build services to the office floor areas and new meeting rooms.
The MEP Packages Included validations, modifications to the following live landlord’s services, VAV FMB’s. JCT Design & Build contract £2.3m residential refurbishment project of three apartments and four mews houses. MEP (Full design and Build project) package 305K 26 week programme.
As a part of the management team responsibilities included overseeing the co-ordination/installation and management of the new MEP services being installed.
