Responsibilities included overseeing the MEP installation from design intent through to completion of the installation at handover.
The MEP Packages Included complete chilled water, BCW, H&C services, fire stopping, boiler package, internal above ground drainage system, sprinkler system electrical distribution, security system Inc CCTV, fire alarm, pool & spa, alterations to the lightning protection system, Intelligent lighting control and Data Cat 6 network and COMM's room Inc TV over Lan and voice over Lan, with fibre back bone as well as incoming Gas, Water, Electricity and BT, followed commissioning & witnessing.

As a part of the management team, responsibilities included overseeing and managing the MEP installation from design intent through to completion of the installation at hand over.
The MEP Packages Included complete Mitsubishi AC system, BCW, H&C services, boiler package, internal above ground drainage system and alterations to the below ground drainage, electrical distribution, security system Inc CCTV, fire alarm, aerial systems, lightning protection system, fire stopping, Data Cat 5e network and COMM's room Inc voice over Lan, as well as incoming Gas, Water, Electricity increased capacities and BT fibre and copper backbones, refurbishment of three passage lifts and one goods lift, followed by commissioning & witnessing.
5 Star Hotel refit & Spa -- Oxford Street -London
Contract value £750k Hotel refit, MEP package £300k 12 week refurbishment of the Spa area and 105 room refit. Responsibilities included overseeing the MEP installation.
The MEP Packages Included modifications to the following live services systems, chilled water, BCW, H&C services, duct work fire stopping, internal above ground drainage system, sprinkler system electrical distribution, security system Inc CCTV, fire alarm, pool & spa plant, Data Cat 6 network, this was carried out whilst the Hotel maintained operational in all other areas, followed by the commissioning & witnessing.
