This was a fluid remit with no set days or hours. This initially covered the creation of a new private dwelling including basement, under a phased planning application as there was no in house Technical Services Management.
1.Private residence set in 7 acres in Rickmansworth – assisted Moran team with Contract negotiations, design requirements (all packages not just MEP) from the client team, raising RFI’s (and tracking), programming & sequencing. reducing Moran exposure to a poorly administered contract. Traditional JCT with CDP, client design was not to stage 5 RIBA more aligned to Stage 2/3 with an unachievable Project Completion date.
2.Boat house Project, Malt lake – assisting site team with queries, technical support & programming.
