Building air testing/air leakage/permability testing up to 4000m3 for new biuldings (Domestic & Commercial) compliance to Part L/CIBSE TM23 requirements.
Existing building air testing to establish air leakage rates to allow existing dwelling owners to improve the building air leakage rate which can be used within the new EPC software version (RDSAP) which is due to be released in the spring of 2025.

The Goverment has released their white paper for consulation which Inc wholesale changes;
(OCDEA) On Construction Domestic Energy Assessment Certification (EPC's New Build Properties (SAP)
SAP assessment are required for all new domestic dwellings, and major extensions under planning requirements with detailed calculations and U valve calculations.
Pas 2038 - The New specification once introduced will layout all retrofit energy efficient enhancements to the UK's existing commercial building stock.
What is PAS 2038?
PAS 2038 will be the new over-arching document in the retrofit standards framework once introduced. PAS 2038 will essentially provide a specification for the energy retrofit of commercial buildings, and will detail the best practice guidance for commercial retrofit projects.

The Goverment has released their white paper for consulation which Inc wholesale changes;
- New EPC metrics- energy cost, carbon, energy use, fabric heating system and smart readiness.
- Reduced period of validity of EPC from 10 years to either 2,5, and 7 years.
- Increased penalties.
- Potentially a new minum EPC rating (MEES) down to a rating of C in 2030 which will mean any properties above this will require upgrading prior to be rented out.
