Pre-construction
We take a unique approach to Pre construction and review not only the M&E packages but all Contract documents associated and produce an integrated Excel tracker for all elements of the design, from the JCT to the fire strategy and joinery packages to name a few.
This enables us to understand the RIBA design stage/status, risks in programming, risks to sequencing, risks to costs and RFI's to be raised in a timely manner.
As apart of this process we create a dovetailed tracker, risk register for cost recovery, draft M&E Drawing release programme, draft M&E Technical submittal tracker and a tender M&E write up to name a few.
