Previously under a separate contract, we had undertaken and delivered the fit out of the MEP Services across three floors for the client in London some 5 years ago, these involved standard Cat A fit out and a bespoke Turnkey fit out of the 4th floor demise.
Moving forward 5 years the Client had to undertake their NICEIC Periodic inspections during 2019 and contacted us directly due to our knowledge and understanding of live environments testing and planning.
Works involved
Management & creating a programme of works and attendances to capture all risks and liaising with the London business risk management team, landlord to agree dates & scope of works and attendances that are required to be undertaken for the smooth execution of the planned works Including tendering to sub-contractors for costing.
Keys risks involved comms rooms, end of month financial runs, IT down time, security to name a few. In addition to the planning stage of works, we were also engaged to attend and assist during works out of hours.
