​Town Houses & Apartments - Gloucester Rd London
 
Contract value £8.1m MEP package £2m, 9 month programme. A development of 12 High end apartments, mixture of Townhouses, laterals & duplex apartments.

Requested to manage the status of the MEP design, coordination and associated risks due to the contractor carrying out a previous project for CC which had been problematic.  

MEP services Included central VRF AC system, Central Boilers for Hot water distribution to HIU’s within apartments, BCWS, new incoming DNO stats - Gas, Water & Electric, electrical distribution, Fire alarm, Lift package, AOV, access control, full AVIT package, CCTV, ethanol bio fires, lighting & small power distribution, followed by commissioning & witnessing. 

 
Carlyle Square - London

Single dwelling house (Super prime) contract valve £6m, MEP package £2m for a private client over five floors - set up Technical services processes & control MEP packages. 

Responsibilities included the co-ordination and management of the MEP services including AC installation, H&C services, BCW services, LTHW services, UFH,  duct work primary & secondary, main plant distribution/acoustic enclosures, Gas distribution, water leak detection systems, fire stopping, Internal above ground drainage system to  development, below slab drainage, BMS systems & controls, installation of all Power distribution throughout, new installation of AV and cat 6 data installation to all areas, security & CCTV installation, interface with bespoke joinery & finishes, Fire alarm installation and cause and effect, sprinkler installation, incoming utilities by DNO, lift whole house extract ventilation and local extract systems, sanitary ware package, decorative Gas & ethanol fire installation, followed by commissioning & witnessing.

Super Prime High end Apartments - Fulham London


Contract value £14.1m final account projected at £25m. Fit out of the existing School built circa 1870 into 18 super prime apartments, front of house communal areas and back of house plant/storage areas and Gym.

​MEP package £6.5m, 4 year programme. JCT Standard contract with CDP elements and Riba stage D/E to F.

Responsibilities included the co-ordination and management of the MEP services including AC VRF installation, H&C services, BCW services, LTHW services, duct work primary & secondary, main plant distribution/acoustic enclosures, Gas distribution, water & Gas leak detection systems, fire stopping, Internal above ground drainage system to  development, below slab drainage connections,  BMS systems & controls, installation of all Power distribution throughout, new installation of Audio Visual and cat 6 data installation to all areas, Security & CCTV installation, Fire alarm installation and cause and effect, sprinkler installation, incoming utilities by DNO, lifts, dry riser, whole house extract ventilation, sanitary ware package, decorative Gas & ethanol fire installation, followed by commissioning & witnessing.   
                                           

Chapel Conversion - Fulham London    
                      

Contract value £6m. Fit out of an existing School Chapel into two luxury homes over four floors, MEP package £3m programme. JCT Standard contract with CDP elements and Riba stage D/E to F.

Contract value £1.4m residential refurbishment project of one five storey house, MEP (D&B element) package £350K 42 week programme.

Responsibilities included overseeing the design /co-ordination/installation and management of the new MEP services being installed.

MEP Packages Include the following upgrade on gas/water incoming utilities, new systems LTHW distribution, BCW, MCW, H&C services, duct work, fire stopping, above and below ground drainage modifications system, natural gas distribution, electrical distribution, power, lighting/lighting control, security system Inc CCTV, fire alarm, Data Cat 5e network data/telephones network, Terrestrial aerial and cable TV system, underfloor heating, local extract systems, door entry system, electric underfloor heating, Audio Visual installation, followed by commissioning & witnessing.    


Bolingbroke Grove & Battersea rise Clapham Junction - London​


Contract value £10m. Complete build & development of nine houses and 7 high end apartments with underground car parking facilities. MEP package £3.7m programme 2 year programme. JCT Standard Design & Build sub-contractors full design.

Responsibilities included the co-ordination and management of the MEP services including H&C services, BCW services, LTHW services, duct work primary & secondary, main plant distribution/acoustic enclosures, Gas distribution, fire stopping, Internal above ground drainage system to  development, below slab drainage connections, controls, installation of all Power distribution throughout, new installation of Audio Visual and cat 6 data installation to all areas, Security & CCTV installation, Fire alarm installation and cause and effect, sprinkler installation, incoming utilities by DNO, solar photovoltaics, car lift and passenger lift, AOV system, car park ventilation and whole house extract ventilation and sanitary ware packages, followed by commissioning & witnessing. 


Brunswick Gardens - London


Contract value £1.3m residential refurbishment project of one five storey house. MEP package £400k 40 week programme.

Responsibilities included co-ordination/installation and management of the new MEP services installations.

MEP Packages included the following new gas/water/BT and UKPN incoming utility supplies, new systems LTHW distribution, natural gas distribution,  BCW, MCW, H&C services, duct work, fire stopping, above and below ground drainage modifications system including packaged pump station, electrical distribution, power, lighting/Lutron lighting control, security system Inc CCTV, fire alarm, Data Cat 6e network data/telephones network, Terrestrial aerial and satellite network, underfloor heating to all levels, local extract systems, door entry system, electric underfloor heating, AV installation, external lighting and rain water harvesting, followed by commissioning & witnessing.


Connaught Place - London


Contract value 2.3m residential refurbishment project of three apartments and four mews houses. MEP (Full design and Build project) package 305k 26 week programme.

Responsibilities included co-ordination/installation and management of the new MEP services being installed.

MEP Packages Include the following new gas/water/BT and UKPN incoming utility supplies, new systems to each house apartment include LTHW distribution, natural gas distribution, BCW, MCW, H&C services, duct work, fire stopping, above and below ground drainage modifications, electrical distribution, power, lighting/lighting control, security system Inc CCTV, fire alarm, Data Cat 6e network data/telephones network, terrestrial aerial and satellite network, local extract systems/whole house ventilation, air conditioning, door entry system, electric underfloor heating, AV installation, external lighting and arranging new metering for all services.


Eaton Place London 


Contract value £100k 43 Eaton Place Project, London. 

Responsibilities included the co-ordination and install of bespoke specialist lighting system to the 2nd floor bathroom make up unit and alterations to the Gym MEP services.


St Georges Wharf  


Contract value £25m Residential Apartments fit-out project St George Wharf, MEP package £9m.

Responsibilities included managing the MEP installation from commencement through to completion of the installation at hand over, this also included liaising with the Client, statutory Utility companies and Building control officer.

The MEP Packages included complete chilled water, BCW, H&C services, Internal above ground drainage system, electrical distribution, security system Inc CCTV, Fire Alarm, satellite system, fibre back bone as well as incoming water, electricity and BT.​


Imperial Wharf 

Contract value £5.5m Residential Apartment fit-out project Imperial Wharf, MEP package N/A.  

Responsibilities included managing the interface between the MEP contractor who was directly engaged via the Principal Contractor and our selves as the internal fit out contractor. This involved Q&A acceptance of each plot and control of the handover process to the MEP contractor and vice versa.
