MEP Package £30K, 10 week programme.
Responsibilities included managing the co-ordination/installation and management of the new/modified MEP services being installed.
MEP Packages included the following to the new retail area:- modifications to the following live landlords services:- LTHW, BCW, H&C services, ductwork, fire stopping, internal above ground drainage system, electrical distribution, security system including CCTV, fire alarm, Data Cat 5e network, bespoke lighting, general power installation followed by commissioning & witnessing.
Estate Agents - Fulham Palace Road £259K Estate Agent Branch
MEP package £70K, 12 week fit out of the basement and ground floor shop retail unit.
Responsibilities included managing the MEP installation.
MEP Packages included the following new systems:- Internal above ground drainage system including macerator pump sets, hot and cold services to the new toilets, air conditioning installation, electrical distribution, small power, bespoke lighting, security system including CCTV, fire alarm, data Cat 6 network and UKPN separate new service to feed the tenanted flats above and commissioning & witnessing.

Store Fitout - Milton Keynes £12 million-pound Milton Keynes Store Refit
MEP package £6.5 million, 32 week programme.
Responsible for managing the MEP installation and upgrades of systems, implementing control procedures for the live services swap over’s.
The MEP Packages included modifications to the following live services systems:- chilled water, LTHW, BCW, H&C services, new boilers, BMS system upgrades, overhaul of AHU pant, fire stopping, Internal above ground drainage system, sprinkler system, electrical distribution, security system Inc CCTV, fire alarm, Data Cat 6e network and New AV system, new AHU plant and chillers, upgraded gas installation, new commercial kitchens works were carried out whilst the store maintained operational trading in all other areas and was done department by department, followed by commissioning & witnessing.

MEP package £100k, 12 week programme.
Responsibilities included managing the decommissioning of the MEP installation and enabling works associated with the west wing. This included control procedures to maintain live services to the rest of the store and new inverters to air handling plant. Systems Included Data, H&C services, plant decommissioning, LTHW & chilled alterations, electrical distribution and Fire Alarms, followed by commissioning & witnessing.
Theme Café/Restaurant- Brussels £1.3 million Euro’s Theme Café for a brand (Brussels, Belgium)
